Jobtable integrations
Every integration below is included in your plan at no extra cost.
Jobtable connects to QuickBooks Online for accounting, Stripe for card payments, and Google or Microsoft for email and calendar sync. The QuickBooks sync covers clients, quotes, invoices, payments, expenses and taxes. All of it is included in the $59/month plan, with no separate integrations tier and no per-connection fee.
You connect an account once in Settings, and Jobtable keeps the two systems in step from then on. If you already run your books in QuickBooks and your calendar in Google or Outlook, nothing about that has to change.

We add integrations based on what customers actually ask for rather than to pad a list. A public API is in development, which will open the door to connecting Jobtable to tools we do not support directly yet. If there is something your business runs on, tell us and it goes on the list.
Common questions
Do integrations cost extra?
No. QuickBooks, Stripe, email sync and calendar sync are all included in the $59/month plan. You may still pay Stripe's own card processing fees, which go to Stripe and not to us.
Does Jobtable work with QuickBooks Desktop?
No, the sync is built for QuickBooks Online. If you are on Desktop you can still export your Jobtable reports and invoices, but there is no live connection.
Do I need a Stripe account already?
You can connect an existing Stripe account or create one during setup. The account is yours, so payouts go straight to your bank and you keep control of it if you ever leave Jobtable.
Can I send quotes from my own email address?
Yes. Once you connect Gmail or Outlook, quotes and invoices go out from your address and client replies land in your own inbox instead of disappearing into a system nobody checks.
Does Jobtable have an API?
Not yet. A public API is in development. Until it ships, the four connections on this page are the supported ways to move data between Jobtable and other software.
What exactly syncs to QuickBooks?
Clients, quotes, invoices, payments, expenses and taxes. Costs captured on the job, including scanned material receipts, flow through as expenses, so your job costing does not depend on someone remembering a supply run from three weeks ago.
Does Jobtable integrate with Xero?
Not currently. QuickBooks Online is the only accounting integration today. If you run Xero, tell us, because we build integrations in the order customers ask for them.
What if the tool I use is not listed?
Contact us and tell us what you run. We build integrations in the order customers ask for them, and free data migration is included if you are moving over from another system.
