Do these two things this week
The kit takes an afternoon to work through. If you only get to two things, make them these.
Add the expiry line to your quote template
Page 2 has the wording. Put it in the template itself rather than adding it manually, because the job you forget on will be the one that matters. Ten minutes.
Send the escalation clause to your lawyer
Page 3 has three versions. Pick the one that fits how much pushback you expect, forward it, and ask them to check it against your standard contract.
The third thing is harder to do on paper
Page 6 is a material cost tracking sheet. It works, but tracking estimated against actual cost by hand only lasts as long as your patience does. Jobtable does it on every job automatically, so a job going sideways shows up in week three instead of at year end.
See how Jobtable does itThe contract language in the kit is a starting point, not legal advice. Contract law varies by province and by state. Have your own lawyer review anything before you put it in a contract.
