Pricing questions
How much does Jobtable cost?
Jobtable is $59/month billed monthly, or $600/year billed annually, which works out to $50/month. Three users are included in both. Additional users are $10/month each, or $100/year each on annual billing. There is one plan and every feature is in it.
Are there different plans or tiers?
No. Job costing, progress billing, change orders, daily logs, timesheets and QuickBooks Online sync are all in the single plan. Most competitors put at least one of those behind a higher tier, which is the main reason their published entry price and their real cost differ.
What does an extra user cost?
$10/month, or $100/year on annual billing, added one seat at a time. There are no brackets to jump between, so hiring a sixth person costs $10 rather than moving you onto a different plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days free with no credit card required and no contract. If you are coming from another system we will migrate your clients, quotes, jobs and invoices for you at no charge, including the line items inside them.
What is included with 2-Way SMS?
2-Way SMS is $19/month and comes with a dedicated local number, so your texts go out from your own number rather than a shared one. It includes 500 messages a month, and anything past that is 2 cents a message. Customers can reply and their answers come back to you inside Jobtable, so job updates, confirmations and reminders stay attached to the work instead of sitting in someone's personal phone.
How do AI credits work?
AI credits power receipt scanning and the other AI features, and they are a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. A receipt scan uses about 5,000 tokens. Starter is $12 for 1,000,000 tokens, around 200 scans. Pro is $30 for 3,000,000 tokens, around 600 scans. Business is $54 for 6,000,000 tokens, around 1,200 scans. That works out between 4.5 and 6 cents a scan. Credits do not expire.
What is Jobtable Sites?
Jobtable Sites is an optional add-on at $199/month: an AI-powered, SEO-optimised website built to rank in local search and turn visitors into booked jobs. It is separate from the job management platform and you do not need it to use Jobtable.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly billing is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is a prepayment that saves 15%, not a multi-year commitment.
